Description

Ladies dress is floor length, has waistline seam, straight skirt with three large ruffled tiers at the hem. Bodice is pouched with a ruffle at the waist seam. Bodice has high-necked collar trimmed in white lace. Bodice has square inset panel on front with vertical white lace stripes and trimmed in a blue ruffle that spills onto the shoulder. Sleeves are long, puffed to just below the elbow, tight down the rest of the wrist with horizontal pintucks decorating it. Horizontal pintucks decorate the bodice and upper sleeves.
