Description

Dress is below the knee length (straight hem), waistline seam (at the natural waist), round neck, bell sleeves that end at the elbow. Neck and sleeves are trimmed in a gathered one and one half inch wide ruffle. Waist has wide sash, large bow on left front that falls halfway down skirt. Skirt has many stripes that are applied on and stand out.
